Offer consulting + cold email

Alpha Geek had the results. We helped them build the offer, and booked 396 sales calls.

Alpha Geek runs paid ads for fast-moving consumer goods brands: food, drink, supplements, the things people buy again and again. It's one of the most competitive corners of ecommerce, and what they needed most was an offer worth answering.

The most pitched brands in ecommerce

Consumer brands that sell online run ads every month, and a good one can grow fast. That makes them the brands every agency, freelancer and ad tool wants. The ones big enough for Alpha Geek, spending about $10K a month or more on Google or Meta, hear pitches every day.

"We can scale your ads" is the email they get most. On its own, it sounds like everyone else in the inbox.

Their offer was the problem, so we rebuilt it

Alpha Geek was never short on results. They run ads for brands like Casio and G-SHOCK, signed a six-figure contract to help Little Caesars Pizza launch in the UK, opened an office in Dubai, and were finalists for the East Midlands Chamber Outstanding Growth Award.

But their offer wasn't giving a cold brand a reason to answer. So before we scaled anything, we reworked their go-to-market strategy with them: how they find and win new clients.

01Two offers, not one

02Landing pages that turn a click into a callWe consulted them on the pages a cold brand lands on, so the next step after the email is obvious.

Then the deals got bigger

In September, 18 qualified calls added up to $123,125 in pipeline. In the first two weeks of October, 6 qualified calls added up to $124,533. The average qualified call tripled, from $6,840 to $20,756.
