Never fewer than 16 interested replies in a week
We counted interested replies week by week across the 21 full weeks from May 11 to October 4. The two slowest, the weeks of June 29 and July 6 around the Fourth of July, still had 16 each. All but one of the other 19 had 20 or more.
On an average sending day we sent about 1,500 emails, every month from May to September, and nothing went out on weekends.
32 months without a gap
Their first day of cold email was 486 emails, and we haven't missed a month since. Today it all goes out from inboxes on domains we set up only for cold email. Save Rack's own domain doesn't send any of it. October is month 32 and still under way, so the chart stops at September.
Each yes reaches their sales team within seconds
We don't answer replies for Save Rack or book their calls. Our job is to get every yes to their sales team while it's fresh. Our AI reads each reply as it comes in, and when someone is interested, an alert posts in their team's Slack within seconds of the reply reaching us.
Replies also land in their sales inbox, and each lead we hand over is filed into their CRM.
